FAQs
How do I purchase an original?
I create as many paintings as possible and release them in collections on my website a few times per year. This will be well advertised before hand via social media, my blog, and mailing list. These paintings will go quickly and be available here.
Can I commission a painting?
A non-refundable 50% deposit is to be made at the time of confirming the commission. Work will not commence until the deposit has been paid. In the unlikely event that you decide to cancel once the commission has started, the 50% deposit will not be refunded to pay for my time creating this artwork. There are to be no renegotiations on price once the commission has started.
As the artist, I reserve the copyrights to all commissioned pieces and may use photos of the completed artworks to promote my business. If you have any questions regarding this, please don't hesitate to contact me and we can work through any concerns together.
Do you offer framing?
Yes! Frames are custom-made for larger pieces and purchased for smaller art. Ask about pricing when purchasing.
How does my item come shipped?
*Pick-up is available for local clients.
Unframed prints are sealed in an archival clear sleeve backed with a hard board. They are then wrapped and posted in a rigid mailer to ensure they arrive safely.
Framed prints and canvas artworks come bubble wrapped in a custom cardboard box for safe travel.
Shipping Information
Carefully review your order when purchasing to ensure that your order is correct. Once your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email showing your order summary. Most products ship within 1-5 business days with the exception of a few, made-to-order products which may take 2 weeks to ship due to production.
All paintings, prints, and products are carefully packaged and shipped using USPS or UPS. Once an order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number. Orders may ship in multiple shipments on different days.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
I do not cover the costs for redelivery if there happens to be a return to sender, so please double check your address is correct when checking out.
Please note, due to colors varying slightly from PCs, Mac and Phones, the colors in your prints may vary slightly from what you see on your screen.
